Improve-IT AB makes the purchase simple, secure and free from nasty surprises. Below you can see the complete conditions

1. This is how the service works

1.1 General

Improve-IT Stockholm AB (below named Improve-IT) owns the name Agile360 which includes training and courses with the purpose of providing individuals and organizations cutting-edge-expertise within the area for individuals privately and in their role in the organization. A course at Improve-IT is not dependent on any other training an is designed and delivered as a stand-alone course. Despite the fact that the trainings can be related to each other, every course is complete and will not require any additional purchase to achieve full value. 

1.2 Registration for a course

Registration for a training is done on-line via the website on any of our platforms. You choose one or more courses that you want to participate and finalize the purchase via the website. When you have finalized the payment and approved the terms and conditions you will receive a confirmation on your registration together with a receipt and a specification detailing your purchase. You will also receive instructions on how you get access to the course. We will save information related to your purchase to be able to guide you in choosing additional courses and  ensure good service. This can also include marketing of additional services, newsletters and other targeted communication as well as gathering of data and analysis

Card payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard payments thru our partners PayPal, Stripe and/or Simplero. All transactions are encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are 100% secure. Card payments are free of charge. If there are no sufficient funds for the agreed payment and the transaction fail, the outstanding amount will be invoiced and if needed transferred to our debt collection partner.

Partial payment and Installments
An agreed purchased in installments, regardless if it is oral or written agreement, is regarded as a binding contract and payment shall be done fully according to the payment plan. If payments has not reached us within the specified time the outstanding amount will be invoiced and handled by our debt-collection partner.

Termination
By buying this product you agree that Improve-IT Stockholm AB, at our option, can terminate this agreement, and limit or cancel the customers participation in the program without refunding of the payment for the course if the customer cause interference for the company or other participants of the course. This also applies to breaches of the terms and conditions.

1.3 Right of cancellation
Right of cancellation for private customers and courses with specified terms of cancellation.
For courses that has been marketed with 14 days right of cancellation (ångerrätt in Swedish) the right of cancellation is counted from the purchase date unless we have offered 14 days right of cancellation from the start of the course. If you want to exercise this right you need to notify us before the right of cancellation expires. We will refund the money within 1 week from the date you have exercised your right of cancellation. The payment will be refunded to the same account it was originally charged. Other terms of cancellation can apply according to specific courses. If you don't notify us before the right of cancellation has expired we will not be able to conduct a refund.

We want to highlight that the right of cancellation only apply to private consumers and not individuals that acts on behalf of a company or for commercial purposes. If you buy our courses or packages covering project management or Agile training we will assume that you act in commercial purposes. 

Right of cancellation for commercial customers:Courses, counselling and member services
Our member services, courses and counselling sold to commercial customers has no right of cancellation unless this has been specified by the seller or information has been stated during the sales process/order page. Any right of cancellation will only be valid according to the terms and conditions stated on order page or during the purchase process.

Warranties
Any warranties that has been stated related to the purchase can only be used when the prerequisites for the guarantee has been fulfilled and when we have received a written notification before the guarantee has expired. If you want to invoke a possible guarantee we request you to document that you have adhered to your obligations in relation to the agreement.When invoking a guarantee all access to the course site and related services will be revoked since the course fee will be refunded.

Selling to minors
If you are under the age of 18, your legal guardian needs to approve any purchases before ordering anything from us.

1.4 Copyright

Copyright and confidentiality
The copyright to all material that is delivered verbally, written or by video during the course is owned by Improve-IT Stockholm AB. It is prohibited to copy, distribute, publish or change any of the material that exist on Improve-IT Stockholm AB's  webpage or portal.

Conditions for the content on the portal
You buy access to the content on the portal during the duration of the course. Improve-IT Stockholm AB's products are protected by the copyright laws. The product is intended for personal and non-commercial use.You are not allowed to use the material provided in a way that it violates our copyright or in any other way that is not approved by Improve-IT Stockholm. You are not allowed to change, copy, reproduce, publish, upload, distribute, transfer, translate, sell or create derivative, use or distribute any part of the products in any way i.e, via e-mail or electronic transfer. Copying, sharing or uploading of products is regarded as theft and will be reported and charged to the extent of the law.

You are allowed to download and/or print single copies of pages for your personal (and non-commercial) use as long as the copyright and ownership isn't violated.

Improve-IT Stockholm AB offer individual courses. When registering you will be provided with a username and password connected to a member profile to use during the course as well as in the private member portal. If you want to attend the course together with a colleague or business partner, you will both need to buy the course individually. If you want an assistant or a whole group to attend the course it is required to buy individual licenses for all participants.   

1.5 Content
On our platforms we deliver as detailed information as possible for all courses so you as a customer can get the best content possible. We make reservations for potential changes or missing information that might occur in the delivered material. 1.6 Delays and cancelled courses
Improve-IT Stockholm AB reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course as a result of factors outside the control of Improve-IT Stockholm AB. If the course is postponed by Improve-IT Stockholm AB the participants will be offered a place at a future date.


2. Your commitment

By approving the terms and conditions you accept to following the terms and conditions for using the service. When you have successfully registered for a course a email will be sent to the address you earlier provided. You are responsible for providing correct and updated contact information. Your username and password to the course platform and customer information is strictly confidential and must not be shared with others. You are as a user responsible for storing your username and password in a secure way so it isn't shared with other persons. You are as user not allowed to use Improve.IT's trademarks or company besides what is necessary for using the service.

Disclaimer
Improve-IT Stockholm AB  and our partners absolve ourselves from all liabilities connected to our websites, videos, newsletters, course portals or other content. We have done everything in our power to make sure that the content is of the highest quality. When you buy the course you accept that you are fully responsible for your success and the result from attending our courses. We can neither guarantee success or result. It is YOU and only you who is responsible for your actions and your results depends on individual factors such as skill, knowledge, ability, engagement, entrepreneurship, network and economical situation etcetera.

Limitations
By buying this product you agree to use the company's services at your own discretion and that the program is a educational service. You do not hold the company, its employees, partners or employees thereof responsible for any damages that might occur as well as any claims that might occur between the parties connected to the agreements between them. You accept all the risks, both foreseen and unforeseen.

No negative publicity
In the event of an disagreement between you and the company you agree to that the only arena for a solution shall be communication between you and the company. You agree to not act or communicate with a third party, publicly or privately, in a way that it will lead to public tarnishment of the company.

This agreement cannot be transferred by any of the parties,


3. Handling of personal information and data protection

We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which means that all orders are encrypted, in other words very sure. We handle all personal data according to current legislation. By the 25th of May 2018 "Personuppgiftslagen (1998.204) also called PUL was replaced with "Dataskyddsförordningen" (GDPR). GDPR is intended to support your personal information. The law applies to handling of personal information in organizations, authorities and individuals throughout Europe. Dataskyddsförordningen (GDPR) applies in the whole Europe, and the purpose is to secure a united and common level of security for personal information so the flow of information within Europe isn't obstructed. The same rules applies to all European countries.

At Improve-IT Stockholm AB your personal information is secure from unauthorized access. We prioritize the protection of the information. You entrust us to secure your information and only a few individuals have access to it.

Improve-IT handels your information to administer the customer relationship, fulfill prescribed obligation to forward information to authorities and by marketing inform about Improve-IT's products and services. We handle gathered personal information firstly for the purpose of forwarding it to the organizer of the training and to perform identification customer analysis, marketing and business development. By approving the terms you accept that the personal information gathered can be shared with one or more of Improve-IT's  partners and that they might provide you with different offers that we believe can be of value for you.

You can of course get information about what personal information Improve-IT has stored and can also request that the information should be removed or changed if they are inaccurate or incomplete. You can request that your information shall not be handled or used for information. The usage of services includes the use of functionality of the website as well as active click on any of our newsletters or educational emails.

You are responsible for updating your information via our website, so we can fulfill our obligations. Improve-IT does not take responsibility for any consequences that are related to outdated customer information i.e. inaccurate delivery address, phone number or email. Confidentiality 
We respect your personal life and must insist that you respect other course members privacy as well. Consequently there is a mutual professional secrecy. We respect your confidential and secret information, ideas, plans and corporate secrets. By buying this product you approve to show the same consideration to fellow course members, representatives for Improve-IT Stockholm AB as well as employees and partners

Feel free to  share and discuss your own results and achievement from our courses and assignments. On the other hand, all experiences and statements from other course members and the team of Improve-IT Stockholm AB be kept strictly confidential.


4. Right to be forgotten (RTBF)

5. Miscellaneous

Improve-IT Stockholm AB is not accountable for any direct or indirect damage and/or losses that might occur to customers or any third party as a consequence of using or hindrance of using the service regardless of how the damage has occurred and regardless of its cause.  

The limitation of liability in this section does not change or restrict the customers rights as a consumer and does not exclude or limit the liability to any extent that isn't allowed by law.

Platforms that are not owned or operated directly by Improve-IT shall not be regarded as a part of Improve-IT. Improve-IT reserves the right to decline all responsibility in the case where a platform fail to deliver the expected level of functionality and experience delivered by the platform.

If any part of these terms is judged to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable by any reason it should be regarded as omitted and not affect the validity or enforcement of the other paragraphs in the terms and conditions. 


6. Transfer

Improve-IT reserves the right to transfer its rights and obligations according to the terms to a third party, provided that the company or person can be assumed to fulfill the obligations according to the terms and conditions in a for the customer acceptable way.


7. Reclaim/dispute resolution

A complaint shall be announced within 30 days from the booked transaction date where the course was purchased.

Dispute resolution
If the dispute cannot be resolved thru negotiation between the parties it will be transferred to mediation or to court

Force majeure
If Improve-IT Stockholm AB or its partners encounter such problems that it can not deliver or carry out a re- delivery, or if the delivery lead to an unreasonable workload, which could not have been avoided even if all reasonable measures had been taken, such as war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or military or illegal confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labour dispute, strike, lockout, interruption or failure of electricity or acts of God, including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disasters. Improve-IT Stockholm AB can not be held responsible for other than complaint cases where Improve-IT will refund the purchase amount for the product and/or services that couldn't be delivered.


This agreement shall be governed and interpret according to current Swedish law.
